HI, I’M AINSLEY Maloney…

What started as a side gig of helping my business owning sister organize her books has turned into a full-time passion.

I don’t believe smart business owners should expect to master all parts of their business. You’re great at creating, producing, and inspiring … but you can’t also be great at reconciling and entering data into accounting software. (That last part of the sentence almost made you fall asleep, I can feel it!)

I work with creative small business owners as a Business Coordinator to organize your books, set-up efficient systems, and help you understand your businesses financial health so you can stress less and create more.

I take a collaborative approach, often feeling like an extension of my client’s team.

In a former life I was an award-winning magazine journalist, collegiate career counselor, and employer relations director, but now my passion is helping creative business owners organize their financial health - it’s my thing.
